City of Dordrecht
The City of Dordrecht is a municipality situated in the Rhine-Meuse delta, distinguished by its unique location surrounded by tidal nature and the De Biesbosch natural reserve park. The municipality of Dordrecht is committed to fostering a nature-inclusive society and developing a sustainable urban environment.
Within the project, Dordrecht focusses on pioneering city-in nature approaches, facilitates knowledge exchange with partners, and engages in extensive communication efforts with the inhabitants of the city. The city will transform the river Wantij area into a fluvial NbS and tidal park.
